Jennifer Waters is a PhD student at our Centre, researching NLP and LLM -based legal analytics services. Jen completed our MSc in Digital Policy in 2023 and completed the Graduate Programme at Ireland’s Centre for Effective Services before joining us for her PhD. Her main research interests include AI implementation strategies and the impact of AI on the democratic and legal tenets of rule of law.

She is also currently involved in research regarding the accuracy and ethical implications of the transparency mechanisms and funding options for political advertisements in the Meta Ad Library.
